Title
Needs and Context assessment
The student is asked to answer a set of questions listed above about his/her perception of the surrounding context and his/her perception of their own needs. It is stressed that there are no right or wrong answers, only a personal perspective/opinion about his/her experiences and considerations.
Note
We use a check the box format in the following diagnosis to facilitate teacher’s use.
However, you may use it as an interview with direct questions or adapt it as an informal conversation.
After the first contact with the student, you may now use two instruments to systematize the information. The first instrument is more addressed to a Direct Observation List and the second instrument is Psychomotor Dimension Assessment
